I believe that every person carries within themselves what they need to handle the challenges they face.
Success looks different for everyone. And not everyone who walks through my door will be looking to achieve success at first. But whatever it is you are facing, we will work together to set goals and sort things out. To make sense of the senseless and find meaning in the meaningless.

About Me
I’m a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and counselor. I drink too much coffee, talk way too much, and love to eat. Sometimes I use unhealthy coping mechanisms, because chocolate can be therapeutic. I’m human, just like you.
In my office we will do hard work. But we will also laugh and celebrate. I can’t wait to work with you.
I love stories. I love hearing them and telling them. When clients invite me to be a part of their stories it is an honor for me to sit in that space with them. It’s sacred. Walking with you as you sort through some of the hardest parts of your story is a privilege I don’t take lightly. One of the most empowering things that therapy offers is the opportunity to decide and write a new direction for your life. It’s an opportunity to take control where you weren’t in control before and to release things that aren’t yours to hold. It’s an opportunity for a kind of freedom.
